BOILED POTATO STEAMED VEGETABLE COMBO
 

2 med. size potatoes, cut into large pieces
1/2 c. broccoli flowerettes
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. cauliflower flowerettes

Put potato pieces in 2 quart saucepan. Add water to half full or enough to completely cover potatoes. Place metal strainer or steamer platform over potatoes and add the rest of the vegetables. Cover and heat to boiling, adjusting heat as necessary to prevent overflow. A normal amount of steam should escape lid. Cook 15-20 minutes or until potatoes and vegetables are soft. Pour remaining water off the potatoes. Combine potatoes and vegetables or leave separate. Season to taste, and enjoy! Serves 4.
