WEIGHT WATCHERS CREAMED SPINACH
 

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 can Weight Watchers cream of mushroom soup
Dash of nutmeg
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach as directed on package and drain. Add soup and nutmeg; stir. Turn into baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Broil until golden and bubbly. Makes 8 servings (1 serving = 1 vegetable, 15 optional calories.)
