10 med. carrots, peeled 2/3 c. water 1/2 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. honey 4 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Cut carrots in 1/2 inch slices. Cook until tender in salt water. Drain. Combine carrots with remaining ingredients. Heat about 5 minutes or until hot. Stir until carrots are glazed.
