1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 6 green onions & tops, chopped 8 oz. box Velveeta cheese, cubed 3 sticks melted butter Salt & pepper to taste Mix all together. Place in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Freezes well. |
