4 or 5 white turnips (raw) 3/4 c. diced onion 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1 beef bouillon cube 3/4 c. water 2 tbsp. butter Cut raw turnips in pieces and boil in water until tender. Mix in celery and onion and bouillon cube in the water. Pour over vegetables and cook until done. Add butter, toss lightly. Serves 4. |
