POT LUCK BEAN DISH
 

1/2 lb. bacon
4 lg. onions
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 (#1) can kidney beans, drained
1 (#1) can butter beans
1 (#1) can green lima beans
1 (#2 1/2) can pork 'n beans

Pan size: large casserole dish. Oven temperature: 350 degrees. Baking time: 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 10-12.

Brown 1/2 pound bacon and drain. Slice onions into rings; saute in bacon drippings until soft. Add garlic salt and pepper. Add 1 cup dark brown sugar, dry mustard, white vinegar; simmer gently 20 minutes. Break bacon into pieces. Add and pour mixture over kidney, butter, and green lima beans. Mix and stir in pork and beans.

Bake in greased covered casserole.
