2 (21 oz.) cans pork & beans 1 c. finely chopped onion 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper 1/2 c. catsup 1/3 c. molasses 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 2 tsp. chili powder 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 3 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled Combine all ingredients except bacon. Spoon into lightly greased shallow 2 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Sprinkle bacon crumbs over casserole and bake an additional 5 minutes. |
