2 bags frozen hash browns 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. shredded cheddar cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 stick butter, melted 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed Mix all together except butter and crackers. Put in large casserole dish. Put crackers on top and sprinkle with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
