1 stick butter 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 rib celery, chopped 1 c. precooked broccoli 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 c. grated cheese 1 1/2 c. cooked rice Bread crumbs In large skillet, saute onion and celery in butter until vegetables are clear. Mix cooked broccoli, soup and cheese, add to celery and onion. Stir in rice. Put in a greased casserole, top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
