1 lg. green pepper, diced 1 lg. onion, diced 1 can mushroom pieces (4 oz.) drain & reserve liquid 1 1/4 c. uncooked minute rice Dash of salt & pepper Garlic powder to taste 1/4 jar LaChoy brown gravy 3/4 of a sm. bottle soy sauce 1/2 c. chicken soup or 1 chicken bouillon cube; dissolve in 1 c. boiling water 1/2 c. boiled water plus liquid from mushrooms Saute vegetables. Add mushrooms, rice, spices and sauces. Add boiled liquids and cover pan. Cook over low heat until done, about 5-10 minutes. Serves 4. |
