2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 green pepper, cut into 1/4" strips 1 med. onion, cut into 1/4" slices Toasted sesame seeds 3 celery stalks, cut diagonally, sm. 1/2 lb. bok choy or white cabbage, cut into 1/4" slices Heat oil in the wok. Add all the vegetables and stir fry for 6 minutes. Serve at once sprinkled with sesame seeds. |
