POT LUCK CASSEROLE

1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice, cooked
1 jar Cheez Whiz, small
1 can chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts

Mix all together. Place in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
