1 egg 4 tbsp. oil 1/3 c. milk 1/3 c. water or more for thinner pancakes 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. buttermilk pancake mix 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder Using a whisk, mix egg, oil, milk, water and vanilla in a bowl. In second bowl blend pancake mix, sugar and baking powder. Gradually add dry ingredients to liquid mixture, mixing well. Cook pancakes on greased griddle over medium heat using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. |
