2 c. skim milk
2 lg. slices fresh pineapple
2 tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
4 sm. bananas
1 whole papaya
1 tbsp. wheat germ
Blend in mixer; makes two servings. Can be kept for next day breakfast.
In summer, add fresh peach or 2 apricots, or fresh berries.
In winter, canned lite peaches or unsweetened fruits.
This drink keeps cholesterol and blood pressure in control. Do not add any foods to this drink.
