6 eggs 1 c. milk 2-3 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 lb. pkg. sausage 6 slices bread 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese Mix eggs, milk and mustard; set aside. Cook sausage, crumble and drain. Tear up bread into cubes and place in greased 9 inch pie plate. Layer sausage over bread. Layer cheese next. Pour liquid mixture over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to set 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6-10. |
