BREAKFAST QUICHE
 

8 slices bread
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs. cooked meat (sausage, bacon, ham)
2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
6 well beaten eggs
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk

Cube bread into 9"x13" pan. Grate cheese over bread. Top bread and cheese with cooked meat. Mix 2 cups milk with mustard and eggs. Pour over bread, cheese and meat mixture. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, mix mushroom soup with 1/2 soup can milk and pour over top. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Onions, peppers, and mushrooms may be added. Also can use hamburger or chicken for a main dish meal.
