1 lb. lean sausage 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 6 eggs 6 slices bread, cubed 1 c. grated cheddar cheese Brown sausage and drain. Blend eggs, salt, mustard, and milk in a blender. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, layer 1/2 sausage, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 bread cubes and 1/2 egg/ milk mixture. Repeat for second layer. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
