1 lb. pork sausage 6 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 2-3 slices white bread (cubed) 1 c. grated sharp cheese Fry sausage and drain. Beat eggs and milk. Add salt and mustard. Layer the bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until set. |
