2 eggs 2 c. buttermilk 1/4 c. oil 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt
Beat eggs until frothy. Add buttermilk and beat well. Add oil and beat well. Add dry ingredients and beat well once again. Cook either as waffles or as pancakes. Yield 4 to 5 (10 inch) waffles.
Note: I use whole wheat pastry flour. Also I add no sugar. These are wonderful!
