3/4 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream

Mix together. Cook in waffle iron as directed by manufacturer.
