3 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sour milk
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Put all the liquid ingredients and butter into the OSTERIZER container. Cover, and run at high speed until perfectly blended. Add the dry ingredients and mix at high speed until smooth. Bake in a hot waffle iron. Serve with butter and syrup or brown sugar. Yields 4 waffles.
