BREAKFAST EGG CASSEROLE
 

1 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled, cubed ham or fried loose sausage
6 slices bread, cubed
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese

Layer bread, cheese and meat in a 8 inch square greased casserole dish. Mix other ingredients in blender. Pour over casserole mixture and cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered, until firm in center. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
