BREAKFAST OR BRUNCH CASSEROLE
 

Butter (enough to grease pan)
12 slices white bread, cubed
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Italian sausage (sweet or hot), fried and well drained
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
8 lg. eggs
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Worcestershire sauce to taste

Butter a 11x14 inch glass pan. Put half the bread cubes in bottom. Add half the cheese, then sausage mixed with crumbled bacon. Cover with remaining bread cubes and rest of the cheese. Beat eggs, add milk, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce to eggs and pour over other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.

Uncover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown and done. Bread is easier to cube if frozen. This recipe serves 12.
