BREAKFAST EGG CASSEROLE
 

6 eggs
1 lb. hot sausage
1/2 onion, chopped
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. dry mustard
3 slices cubed bread

Place cubed bread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Brown sausage and onion. Drain excess grease. Place on top of cubed bread. Beat eggs, milk, and mustard. Pour over sausage. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. 8 servings.
