3 qts. tomatoes, peeled and chopped 2 green peppers, chopped 1/4 red pepper, chopped 1 1/2 c. onion, chopped 2 jalepeno peppers, chopped 3 cloves garlic, chopped 6 tsp. canning salt 1/4 c. brown sugar
Boil 30 minutes. Put in jars. Process for 30 minutes.
