TORTILLA ROLLS
 

1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. Philly cream cheese
1 can chopped black olives
1 can chopped green chilies
1 tbsp. pimentos
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
Garlic salt to taste (I put tons of garlic salt)
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Mix all ingredients together. Spread an amount onto a flour tortilla, it should be a thin layer, and roll up tortilla. Freeze rolls in the freezer until ready to use. Take rolls from freezer 30 minutes before serving. Slice into 1/2 inch slices. Serve with guacamole or picante sauce or both. You can't eat just one!
