MEXICAN CHEF SALAD
 

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
4 tomatoes
1 head lettuce
1 avocado
4 oz. shredded cheese
1 sm. bag taco Dorito chips
1 sm. Kraft Thousand Island dressing

Brown hamburger meat, add drained beans. Simmer 10 minutes. Cool. In large bowl combine other ingredients, add crushed chips then bean and meat mixture. Good to make ahead of time.
