1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
8 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. hot sausage (cooked, drained and crumbled) (NOT THE LINKS)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) can Ortega green chilies

Cube bread and cover bottom of lightly greased 9x13 pan. Layer with chilies. Mix egg, milk, pepper, salt and mustard. Pour over bread and chilies. Top with sausage and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until eggs are done.
