MEXICAN SUCCOTASH
 

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. chili powder
Dash red or black pepper
1 (16 oz.) can corn
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. corn chips, slightly crushed
1/2 - 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole. In large skillet, brown hamburger and onion; drain. Stir in chili powder, pepper, corn and tomato sauce. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with corn chips; top with cheese. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. 4 to 6 servings.
