3 pts. water 1 c. sauerkraut 1 c. potatoes, cubed 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 1 egg yolk Salt & pepper to taste Boil kraut and potatoes in water for 15 minutes. mix sour cream, butter, flour and egg yolk. Slowly add to soup mixture, stirring constantly. Heat through, season to taste. |
