Combine the contents of the 3 cans of black beans, tomatoes, and chicken broth into a 2 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add 1/2 cup Orzo, reduce the heat to low and simmer (covered) 10 to 12 minutes or until orzo is tender, stirring occasionally.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and serve immediately. For added flavor, top with green onions, sour cream or salsa. (4 to 6 servings). Enjoy with a salad, bread.
