4 sticks sausage 1 can tomatoes 2 onions 2 green peppers 1 med. jar mushrooms 3 stalks celery Pierce casing and boil sausage until grease is well removed, discard water. Cut onion lengthwise, also peppers. Add with tomatoes and cook 1 hour. Add celery and pepper last as they cook fast. Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 4 servings. |
