HAMBURGER STEW
 

1 lb. hamburger
6 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 env. onion soup mix
4 med. potatoes, diced
5 carrots, diced
1 sm. onion

Brown meat with diced onion. Simmer carrots and potatoes until done. To thicken, use 1/2 cup flour and 1 cup water. Shake in jar until mixed. Add to stew, stirring until desired thickness.
