BOUILLABAISSE
 

1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 c. dry sherry or white wine
2 c. water
Pinch dried basil
1 1/2 lbs. med. or lg. shrimp
3 red snapper steaks, cut in 1" pieces
1 lb. crab meat
4 med. lobster tails
1 lb. clams or scallops (optional)

Put all the ingredients except the seafood in crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 4 hours. Add seafood, cover and cook for 3 to 4 hours on high.
