CHILE RELLANO
 

2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped & drained
3-4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. buttermilk baking mix
2 c. milk
5 eggs (instead of all yolks, I use 2 whites for 1 egg, therefore 10 whites)

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle chilies in pan, cheese on top. Beat baking mix and eggs together. Pour over chilies and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. These recipes have been tried, and proven. Maybe will save for next edition. Good Luck!
