HAMBURGER SOUP
 

1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 med. onion
2 potatoes
3 stalks celery and tops
1 carrot
1 can tomatoes (2 c.)
3 bouillon cubes
3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown hamburger and drain. Add all or as many of the chopped vegetables as you like to the hamburger. Add water and seasonings and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer about 45 minutes. Thicken with flour if you wish a thicker type soup.

This soup is better if it sits a day after being cooked. Serves 4-6.
