1 lb. hamburger 2 stalks celery, cut 1 lg. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 1 qt.-size can chicken broth (College Inn brand) 1 env. onion soup mix 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes 1/2 c. orzo macaroni 1 qt. water Saute hamburger in Dutch oven. Add chicken broth and water. Add onion soup mix and celery. Simmer 20 minutes. Add vegetables, tomatoes and orzo macaroni. Simmer another 10 minutes. |
