HOMEMADE VEGETABLE SOUP
 

2 lbs. stew beef
1 (46 oz.) tomato juice
2 onions
6 potatoes
4 carrots
1 sm. head cabbage
1 c. macaroni
Salt and pepper

Boil stew beef in water until tender. Add salt and pepper. Add onions, potatoes, and carrots. Cook until tender. Add tomato juice and sliced cabbage. Cook 20 minutes longer and add macaroni. Cook until macaroni is tender. Serve with crackers.
