2 cans beef broth 1 can corn 1 can carrots 1/2 c. celery 5 med. potatoes, diced 1 to 2 lb. beef stew meat Pepper 1 can green beans 1 can peas 2 c. chopped cabbage 1 lg. can tomatoes 3/4 lg. can tomato juice Salt Brown beef in a skillet, drain fat. Place beef in large stock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until done. |
