MEXICAN SOUP
 

1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
Garlic to taste
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 or 3 diced potatoes
1 or more cans of the following: peas, green beans or corn

Brown hamburger, onion and garlic; drain. Add taco mix, tomatoes and potatoes. Add 2 cups water. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Add your favorite vegetables. Serve hot with corn bread or flour tortillas.
