HODGE PODGE LEFTOVER VEGETABLES SOUP
 

About 1 pound very lean top round steak, cut in pieces. About 1 1/2 pounds boneless and skinless turkey or chicken breast meat cut in pieces.

Cook this in a pressure cooker with about 1/2 to 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Place meat in a large pot with half a pot of water and vegetables of choice:

Cut up potatoes
Cut up carrots
Cut up onions
Cut up celery
Salt and pepper, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
Kernel corn
Creamed corn
Black eyed peas

Any favorite or leftover vegetables. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add amount of tomato sauce to your taste. Simmer a few minutes and serve. Tastes even better the second night.
