SLOW COOKER STEW
 

1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 med. onion, chopped
3-4 carrots, sliced
3-4 celery stalks, sliced
4-5 potatoes, cut up
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef on stove in fry pan. Put beef and all other ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook for 8 hours. Thicken with flour if needed.
