1 lb. hamburger 3 1/2 qts. water 1/4 c. celery, chopped 1 sm. onion, cut sm. 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 reg. size can stewed tomatoes 1 can Veg-All 1 can mushrooms, sliced 1/2 c. Orzo or macaroni 3 beef bouillon cubes Brown hamburger and drain; add water, celery and onion and boil 20 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, Veg-All and mushrooms and boil 20 minutes. Add orzo or macaroni and bouillon and boil additional 20 minutes. |
