1 1/2 lb. chopped meat 4 c. onions, cut up 3 c. carrots, cut up 2 c. potatoes, cut up 1 c. celery, cut up 10 c. water 1 c. noodles 2 c. canned tomatoes 1 c. frozen peas 2 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. sugar Brown meat and drain off fat. Add water, seasoning, onion, carrots, potatoes and celery; cook 1 hour. Add noodles, tomatoes, and peas. Simmer for 20 minutes. |
