1 lb. smoked sausage
2 stalks celery
1 onion
2 carrots
4 potatoes
1 can green beans
1 can peas
1 can whole kernel corn
6 cups water
2 tsp. Greek seasoning
2 tbs. minced garlic
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tablespoons sherry
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Sauté sausage, onions, celery, garlic, and carrots for 5 minutes on high heat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer on medium heat until vegetables are done.
