STAR'S BULLSEYE SURPRISE

1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
2 slices of bread
milk
garlic powder
pepper
Parmesan cheese
canola or other oil
egg carton or other molding device, such as plastic microwave egg cooker, plastic Easter egg or Jello Egg Molds

Peel hard boiled eggs and soak slices of bread in milk. Squeeze out excess milk and put bread slices and meat together in bowl and add spices to taste. Mix together well with hands.

Cut out two separate sections of the egg carton, and lightly oil inside. Styrofoam egg cartons seem to work best. Put small amount of meat mixture to coat inside of carton piece, making a depression and place egg inside. Coat next inside section with meat mixture again and put on top of egg. Squeeze together and then carefully remove carton pieces from meat mixture and egg and hold in hands, and then roll to make sure egg is covered evenly by meat mixture, like a meat ball.

Fry in skillet on low to medium heat, turning, rolling gently after meat has fried for awhile to "set", otherwise meat will dislodge from egg. A little beer or other liquid can be added to the skillet for moisture.

Serve warm or cold and enjoy! When cut in half, it looks like a "bulls eye" inside or a geode.

Spices used or ingredients in meat can be varied according to taste.
