2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. chopped onion 8 Italian tomatoes, chopped 2 tbsp. red wine 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. parsley 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 10 black olives, sliced 1 can artichoke hearts 1 tbsp. capers 3 tbsp. cocktail sauce 1 can chopped clams, drained 1 lb. shrimp 1 lb. scallops Chunks white fish (opt.) 8 oz. ziti, cooked Saute garlic and onion in oil and butter until soft. Add tomatoes, red wine, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and parsley. Simmer to make fresh sauce. Add green pepper, olives, artichoke hearts, capers and cocktail sauce. Add seafood and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Toss with cooked ziti. |
