1 lb. crabmeat 2 tbsp. sm. green pepper, diced 1 tsp. pimientos, diced or 1 tbsp. red bell pepper Salt and pepper to taste Pinch dry mustard Egg yolks Mayonnaise Paprika Combine crabmeat, pepper, pimiento and seasoning. Beat 3 egg yolks slightly; add 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Combine both mixtures; heap into casserole, individual ramekins, or crab shells. Combine 2 egg yolks and 3 tablespoons mayonnaise; spread over crab mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. |
