HADDOCK SHRIMP BAKE
 

2 lbs. haddock, flounder or sole
1 can cream of shrimp soup
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. dry white wine (opt.)

Place fish in well greased baking dish. Spoon butter, wine and lemon juice over fish. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove foil and cover with soup. Bake 10 minutes longer, uncovered.
