MARYLAND CRAB CAKES
 

1 lb. reg. crabmeat
1/2 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Old Bay
1 egg, beaten
5 tbsp. mayonnaise

1. Pick crabmeat.

2. Mix bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, parsley, Worcestershire, mustard, Old Bay.

3. Pour mixture over crabmeat and fold in lightly but thoroughly.

4. Form into 6 crabcakes.

5. Broil until golden brown or deep fry at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes.
